of eating. We believe that healthy eating varies for every
individual. So, the plan that worked for your neighbor may not be
the best for you.
Our Nutritional Consultant,
Jennifer Salos customizes healthy eating programs to fit your
lifestyle, goals, and needs by using her experience and by keeping
up with the latest research. Not a “one-size fits all” approach.
She knows from experience both as a
nutritional consultant, as well as her own personal and family
experience with past poor health, that food has a profound
biochemical effect on our emotions, behaviors, and how we move
through our daily lives. She will help you address the many
challenges involved in changing your diet and lifestyle. She will
