Natural therapies
offered at the Chesapeake Holistic Health Center complement the
at-home care you provide your family as well as your medical care.
The essence of natural health care is to promote your body’s
innate ability to heal on its own and to provide you with the
relaxation and peace of mind that you are nurturing your body,
mind and spirit.
Therapeutic Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy and Holistic nutrition,
are all natural care
approaches that can improve your overall health and wellbeing and
complement your current health practice.
OFFICE HOURS (by appointment):
Amelia generally sees clients 4-5 days a week. There is some flexibility in the following schedule, accommodations can often be made and are worked out with clients on an individual basis.
Tuesday 9:00am - 3:00pm
Wednesday 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm
Fridays 9:00am - 3:00pm and later occasionally
Many Saturdays 10:00 am –5:00 pm

Sessions are charged at following rates.
Each session includes approximately 10 minutes of time for intake and closure, new client sessions may require additional time.
1 ˝ hour session $125
about 80 minutes of bodywork
1 1/4 hour session $105
about 65 minutes of bodywork
1 hour session $90
about 50 minutes of bodywork
OFFICE POLICIES:
To insure a pleasant experience, please review the
following guidelines:

Please be on time for your
appointment. Your appointment begin and ends as scheduled. If you are late, you will receive a shorter session. You are still required to pay for the full session. If you are over 20 minutes late, it is considered a missed appointment.

24-hour cancellation notice.
Missed appointments and
appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the day of your
appointment are payable in full. Payment must be made prior to
rescheduling another appointment. We accept Check/Cash/Visa/MasterCard/American Express for payment. With the following exception:

Traffic jams, sick kids, and other emergencies can throw the most organized clients and therapists off schedule occasionally. If you must cancel appointment with less than 24 hours notice we ask that you immediately reschedule another appointment within one week.
